Yachting Solutions has introduced a new program that is part of our package of services we offer to our customers. 

Yacht Response is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  In the event of any problem with a customer's boat, simply phone our call center at 877-922-4891 and one of our senior support staff will respond to the call immediately.

Yachting Solutions has three support vessels in the water at all times, based in Penobscot Bay, ME.  Additionally, our service vehicles are strategically placed at locations in Mystic, CT and Rockport, ME, enabling us to care for our customers from Nova Scotia to the Delaware River.  Many of our customers that store and maintain their yachts with us from out of our local area such as Connecticut, Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard, will find our presence in the southern part of New England reassuring. 

Yacht Response is offered only to Yachting Solutions customers.  All Yachting Solutions customers, have the peace of mind that, in the event support is needed, their friends at Yachting Solutions are there to help quickly throughout the Northeast.  Yacht Response relieves the stresses associated with finding and waiting for help in the event of a mechanical breakdown, or simply the reassurance of some friendly advice under adverse conditions.

Additionally, Yacht Response is now providing on-board Customer Support for select yacht manufacturers and yacht component manufacturers.   Yachting Solutions has signed agreements with a number of companies (listed below) to support their products in the North East.  These companies have recognized the value in having a dedicated Customer Support team in place that can respond to their customers' needs immediately having intimate knowledge and training with their products.
