Descriptions

Construction

Fiberglass hull. Stainless steel fastenings hull to deck. Self-bailing cockpit. Fiberglass cabin trunk. Partially cored fiberglass cabin roof material. Wheel steering. 4,800 lb. lead ballast. White hull, red boot top, black bottom and white non-skid deck.  Bright work and general condition carefully maintained.



Engine

Yanmar 3HM35F 32 hp 3 cylinder diesel engine in good condition. Fresh water cooling. Hour meter reads 841. MaxProp, 1" stainless steel shaft with cutter. Spare two blade prop.  Easy access to engine under companionway stairs and via removable cockpit floor hatch.



Tanks

32 gallon aluminum fuel tank (removed, inspected, cleaned, and primed (2009). Two -35 gallon fiberglass water tanks. ~16 gallon fiberglass holding tank. 



Electrical

Two Lifeline AGM group 27 batteries, one 12V house lighting, one 12V starting. All interior, exterior running, and anchor lights are low draw LEDs. Foredeck light. Electrical panel with circuit breakers. 30 amp shore power, battery charger, polarity indicator, master switch, battery condition indicator, rigging bonded and grounded to outside hull plate. 45 W flexible solar panel lies on top of dodger for battery charging.



Accommodations and Galley

Four berths. Double V berth forward with bureau, 3 drawers and 2 hanging lockers. Teak shelves over port and starboard. Double hanging locker to starboard. Head with manual toilet, sink and shower to port. Saloon settees port (expands to double berth) and starboard. Pipe berth starboard aft of nav table. Ventilation fans in V and pipe berths. Storage behind cushions and under saloon seats. Two stainless steel  galley sinks, ice box. Hot and cold pressurized water system. Hot water heated by either engine or shore power. Gimbaled 2 burner CNG stove with oven. Two CNG cylinders. Storage above stove, above ice box and below sink. Force 10 CNG cabin heating system. Folding salon table with storage behind.  Teak interior in excellent condition. Holly cabin sole. Excellent ventilation includes two opening deck hatches, 10 bronze opening ports with screens, two dorade ventilators with protective brackets. Edson folding cockpit table. 



Sails and Rigging

Cutter/Sloop rig, double headsail with removable inner forestay. Present owner sailed as a sloop. Stainless steel rigging and turnbuckles (new 2010). Swaged terminals. Harken roller furling on jib.  Spars are hollow aluminum with enamel finish by LaFiel. Mast stepped on deck, whisker pole, asymmetrical spinnaker with snuffer, boom vang, Lewmar self-tailing halyard winches and  primary winches at cockpit. All halyard and first reefing lines lead to cockpit. 120% Genoa, very good- excellent condition (Nat Wilson, 2006); fully battened main with Dutchman reefing, excellent condition (Bohndell, 2011); asymmetrical spinnaker with snuffer, excellent condition; staysail good condition, unused by this owner (unknown manufacturer and date); new storm trysail never used, excellent condition. All sails inspected, washed, and stored inside each year. Canvas covers for mainsail, helm, handrails and companionway. Dodger with leather covered rear rail.



Ground Tackle

33lb. Bruce anchor with 250’ 5/16” galv. chain. Two bow rollers, Maxwell electric windlass with handheld remote (2004). Saltwater wash-down pump.



Equipment

CO/smoke detector. One electric, one manual, one engine-driven bilge pump.  Three handheld fire extinguishers, emergency tiller, horn, flares. Viking 40KL life raft (new in 2010, inspection due 2013), MOM-8 man overboard rescue (inspected 2010), 5 life jackets, horseshoe ring, handheld searchlight, dock lines, boathook, four fleece-covered fenders, fixed boarding/swim ladder at stern, main sail cover, bow pulpit, stern rail, double lifelines, cockpit awning (zips to dodger) , three fitted cockpit cushions, dodger, outboard hauling davit (NovaLift, new 2009), berths and settee cushions, cockpit table. Leather covered wheel.



Electronics and Navigation

Weems and Plath barometer and clock. Ritchie compass, Edson binnacle, ICom 502 VHF with remote cockpit mic, ICom 802 single sideband radio with email modem (2010), Raymarine GPS, radar, Autohelm 4000 autopilot, wind and speed indicators, depth sounder all interconnected to C80 Raymarine chart plotter and display (2006) at helm. Questus backstay radar mount. Masthead wind indicator, close hauled indicator, speed/log, Sony 20 AM/FM radio cassette player and CD player with saloon and cockpit speakers (2009).
